GARP Risk Convention 2020 and GARP Risk Europe Canceled

On behalf of the entire GARP team and our board of trustees, I regret to inform you that the 2020 GARP Risk Convention in New York and GARP Risk Europe in London is being canceled due to the ongoing health concerns regarding Covid-19 (the coronavirus).

Due to the fluidity of the situation and uncertainties concerning the coronavirus, we believe this is in the best interests of convention participants. We will refund registration fees over the course of the next 10 business days and are working to offer some content in virtual form. Please note that if you reserved a room at the Grand Hyatt New York with your credit card, you must cancel your hotel 48 hours in advance of your stay to avoid charges.

This was a difficult decision but one, as a group dedicated to elevating risk management, that we felt we needed to make. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you later in the year.
